Job summary

Acclimate ABA in the United States is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and collect data to monitor client progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
