Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA services focusing on real-life progress. The team values collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice in a supportive environment for staff and families. This position requires an active RBT certification at the time of application; pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with options for full-time or part-time schedules and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
