Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Douglas, GA. You will work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep records of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes and community settings as required.
• Provide services in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning.
