Job summary

Total Care ABA in Springfield, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home, in-school, and in community settings across Georgia.

Responsibilities include implementing BCBA-designed plans, collecting data, and communicating progress with families and the clinical team. Flexible full-time and part-time shifts are available to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services to children.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and school/community settings as needed.
• Maintain accurate progress records.
