Acclimate ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement plans developed by a BCBA and collect data to track client progress, while maintaining thorough session notes and communicating with supervisors and caregivers.

The role offers both part-time and full-time schedules, with flexibility to balance personal commitments.

Qualifications

• RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassionate and professional client support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Write detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning.
