Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home settings. You will implement treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
