Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and families.

The role offers flexible hours, a schedule from Monday to Friday with potential weekend coverage, up to 25% travel, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors and families
• Valid state ID
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session notes submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned
