Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and maintain detailed session notes in home or clinic environments.

The role offers flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and collaboration with BCBAs and colleagues. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required, with occasional travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
• Willing to commute and work in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Up to 25% travel as needed.
