Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. This role involves delivering 1:1 interventions, collecting data, and collaborating with supervising BCBA and families.

You will help implement individualized treatment plans, attend trainings, and travel to in-home or clinic settings. A valid RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a commitment to client progress are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
