Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home settings, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under supervision.

You will collect data on progress, implement behavior plans with a BCBA, and support families by sharing effective strategies and progress updates. Flexible hours include after-school and weekend options, with competitive pay in the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for after-school hours/weekends.
• Passion for helping children and families is essential.
