Heartlinks ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home settings, helping communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship.

You will collaborate with a supervising BCBA, collect data on treatment goals, and share progress updates with families. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts with after-school hours and weekends preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
