Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while gaining hands-on training under experienced BCBAs.

You will work part-time or full-time with flexible afternoon/evening shifts, earning $20–$28 per hour and eligible for health benefits after elligibility, while supporting families with practical strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Active RBT certification is required or in progress.
• Reliable transportation to assignment sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Share progress updates and strategies with families.
