Job summary

Heartlinks ABA seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism. You’ll help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

Position offers flexible hours (full-time or part-time) with after-school and weekend availability, competitive pay, and eligible benefits. Training is provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
