Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home for children with autism, helping develop communication, social, and independence skills.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, receive hands-on training, and benefit from flexible scheduling and competitive pay ($20–$28/hr), with opportunities for full-time or part-time roles and eligibility-based benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; psychology/education coursework a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
