Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, helping children build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from an experienced BCBA.

We offer full-time or part-time schedules, flexible shifts including afternoons and weekends, and benefits for eligible employees. AHS/BCBA supervision is provided to support growth and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
