Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will collect data on treatment goals during sessions and collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.

Families will receive strategies and progress updates to support home goals. We offer flexible scheduling (full-time & part-time), ongoing training, and supervision to ensure quality therapy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
