Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. The role is part-time with afternoon/after-school hours and offers flexible scheduling.

You will support skill development, collect session data, and share progress with the clinical team while benefiting from supportive supervision and ongoing feedback. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliability in transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Organized, dependable, and receptive to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health and helping children.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
