Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. You will collect data, follow intervention plans, and support skill development.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and competitive pay. RBT certification, high school diploma, and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma required.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
