Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking an RBT to work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. This hands-on role involves implementing ABA programs and supporting progress under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, follow behavior intervention protocols, and help build client skills while communicating progress to the clinical team. This full-time position offers growth in ABA and behavioral health with ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician credential required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide aba therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
