Job summary

CircleCare Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children on the autism spectrum in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision and contribute to meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, data collection, and adherence to behavior intervention plans. This position offers supervision hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide aba therapy services as an aba therapist under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
