Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking active Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required and verification documentable.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Background and abuse registry checks must be passed.
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required for Arizona applicants.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment.
• Uphold an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
