Qualifications

• Active RBT certification recognized by BACB.
• Current CPR certification (renewable every two years).
• Maintain liability insurance annually.
• Strong data collection, documentation, and time management skills.
• Commitment to ethical ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions aligned with treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze client behavior data during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine behavior support plans.
• Support clients in learning life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Maintain ethical ABA standards per BACB and company policies.
• Stay current with certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews.
• Upload updated credentials to Medicaid portal as required.
