Job summary

Hope Center for Behavior Change in Winter Springs, FL is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior support plans, collect data, and support clients in acquiring life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, ongoing credential updates (RBT, CPR, liability insurance) and adherence to BACB guidelines while offering a flexible schedule and professional development

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB.
• Current CPR certification renewed every two years.
• Ability to maintain and update personal liability insurance annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions aligned with treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine and execute behavior support plans.
• Support clients in learning life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Maintain ethical ABA therapy standards per BACB and company policies.
• Stay current with certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews and CPR.
• Upload updated credentials to the Medicaid portal as required.
