Job summary

Hope Center for Behavior Change in Tampa, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under BCBA supervision, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy and implementing behavior support plans.

You will collect data, support skill acquisition and behavior reduction, and stay current with certifications, including RBT competency reviews and CPR, while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification recognized by BACB.
• Current CPR certification (renewable every two years).
• Ability to maintain liability insurance annually.
• Strong skills in data collection and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions per treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze client behavior data.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine behavior support plans.
• Support clients in learning life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Maintain BACB ethical standards and company policies.
• Stay current with certifications and training, including RBT reviews.
• Upload updated credentials to Medicaid portal as required.
