Job summary

The Hope Center for Behavior Change, Inc. in Apollo Beach, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will help implement treatment plans, collect and review data, and assist clients in acquiring life skills while promoting ethical practice and professional growth in a supportive, collaborative environment. Qualifications

• Active BACB‑recognized RBT certification required.
• CPR certification current and renewable every two years.
• Ability to maintain annual liability insurance.
• Strong data collection, documentation, and time management skills.
• Commitment to ethical ABA therapy and client progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions aligned with treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine behavior support plans.
• Support clients in learning life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Maintain BACB ethical standards and company policies.
• Maintain certifications including annual RBT competency reviews and CPR.
• Upload updated credentials to Medicaid portal as required.
