Job summary

Hope Center for Behavior Change in Plant City, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under BCBA supervision, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy and implementing behavior support plans.

You will collect data, document outcomes, help clients acquire new skills and reduce challenging behaviors, and collaborate with supervisors to refine strategies. The role includes flexible scheduling, competitive pay up to $27 per hour, full benefits, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB.
• Current CPR certification (renewable every two years).
• Ability to maintain personal liability insurance annually.
• Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and time management.
• A passion for ethical ABA therapy and helping individuals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions per treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine and execute behavior support plans.
• Support clients in learning essential life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Maintain ethical ABA therapy standards as outlined by BACB and company policies.
• Stay current with certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews.
• Upload updated credentials to Medicaid portal as required.
