Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect data, and document progress to support client development.

This role offers part-time or full-time options with flexible scheduling, a collaborative leadership team, and opportunities for hands-on training and professional growth within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to supporting clients with compassion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to support learning and skill development.
