Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC in Charlotte, NC is hiring caring, motivated RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will follow BCBA-developed treatment plans, collect data, and participate in supervision while building strong, supportive relationships with children and their families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation to client homes.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills with families and team.
• Genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
