Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking caring RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes. You will follow BCBA-developed treatment plans, collect session data, and participate in supervision meetings while building strong relationships with children and families.

The role offers flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities, plus health insurance, PTO, referral programs, and ongoing BCBA support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and professional conduct.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
