Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking caring, motivated RBTs to join our team for psychology-based ABA therapy in children’s homes. You will deliver 1:1 sessions and follow BCBA-developed plans to build skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation.

• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
