Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is hiring RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, under supervision from BCBAs. The role supports children with ASD, helping them build skills and independence, with data collection and adherence to treatment plans.

The position offers flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time opportunities, and ongoing BCBA support, making it possible to grow professionally within a caring team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation.
• Willingness to complete a background check.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
