Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA is seeking caring, motivated RBTs to join our team in North Carolina. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in clients' homes, following individualized plans developed by a BCBA.

You’ll receive BCBA supervision, ongoing support, and opportunities for career growth. We offer flexible scheduling, both full-time and part-time roles, and benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
