Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking caring, motivated RBTs to join our team to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will follow BCBA-designed treatment plans and collect session data to support progress toward goals.

You will work under BCBA supervision and participate in team meetings while building strong relationships with children and their families. A background check is required, and a valid RBT certification is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation required.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
