Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is looking for caring, motivated RBTs to join our team and provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.

You will follow BCBA-developed plans, collect session data, and participate in supervision, while building strong relationships with families and supporting children’s growth. Flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development are offered to help you advance.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation to client homes.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
