Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Springdale, AR is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with special needs under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement behavior-analytic services, collect data, and help maintain a positive, safe learning environment for children and families.

The role requires an active RBT credential and strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT credentials through BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Participate in implementing the IT plan created by the BCBA.
• Participate in daily data collection and graph updates.
• Enter data and report to supervising BCBA.
• Assist in ABC data collection and observational assessments.
• Prepare materials for sessions and implement teaching procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant notes and documentation.
• Ensure child remains supervised and safe at all times.
