Job summary

A prominent ABA therapy provider is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Wesley Chapel, Florida. In this role, you will work directly with children receiving ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll have the opportunity to develop essential skills while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive training, contributing to children's developmental growth in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience preferred working with children with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete 40-hour RBT training course.
• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Maintain communication with BCBA regarding client progress.
