Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB.
• CPR certification renewed every two years.
• Maintain personal liability insurance annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions per treatment plans.
• Collect, document, and analyze data on client behaviors.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine behavior support plans.
• Support clients in learning life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Maintain ethical ABA therapy standards per BACB and company policies.
• Stay current with certifications and training, including annual RBT reviews and CPR.
• Upload updated credentials to the Medicaid portal as required.
