Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida in Wesley Chapel, FL is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism in homes, communities, or centers. You will teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and collect data during sessions.

This role includes paid training, preparation for the RBT exam, and opportunities to advance, with scholarships and tuition reimbursement programs available.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver’s license, and car insurance for in-home services.
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in our centers.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
• Collaborate with clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate effectively with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members.
