This role involves coordinating clinic operations, supporting RBTs, and ensuring client care. Candidates should have significant experience in ABA therapy, an RBT certification, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with children and/or youths in education or ABA therapy.
• RBT certification.
• 1 year of experience training others.
• Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the clinic.
• Ensure RBTs have time for billing and administrative duties.
• Assist with data completion.
• Aide RBTs with learners.
• Cover for callouts to minimize missed services.
• Maintain client and staff safety.
• Serve as mentor to RBTs.
