Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills and independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play, vocational skills).
• Teach new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect accurate data and write session notes to inform BCAs decisions.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in trainings.
