Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network in Springdale, AR seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and their families. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to become a certified RBT.

This full-time role offers hands-on support from a multidisciplinary team and opportunities to grow within the organization. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:45am - 5:00pm, with competitive compensation and a clear path to RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; required.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided to become RBT.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work with team to implement behavior intervention plans by BCBAs.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children.
• Use evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach skills.
• Record and monitor client progress for treatment planning.
• Foster warm, supportive relationships with clients and families.
