Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children and families. We welcome candidates with or without experience, offering comprehensive training to obtain RBT certification.

Hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, with some travel across clinics within a 25-mile radius. Join a multidisciplinary team committed to ethical practice, data-driven progress, and a warm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• No prior experience or RBT certification is required; comprehensive training is provided to all successful candidates.
• A genuine passion for helping children and families is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the team and families.
• Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
• Occasional travel across clinics within a 25-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Work with BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children.
• Use evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement.
• Record and maintain data on client progress for treatment planning.
• Build warm, supportive rapport with clients and families.
