Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with developmental and behavioral challenges through evidence-based ABA therapy.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to become certified RBTs. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours, a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, and opportunities for professional growth while making a meaningful difference in families' lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience or RBT certification required; we provide comprehensive training.
• A genuine passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions tailored to each child.
• Use evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills.
• Record and maintain accurate client progress data for treatment planning.
• Build a warm, supportive rapport with clients and their families.
