Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with developmental and behavioral challenges. We provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates, enabling them to become certified RBTs.

Hours: Full-Time Monday-Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm, with a commitment to creating a safe, fun, and individualized learning experience for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• No prior experience or RBT certification required; we offer comprehensive training to all successful candidates.
• A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team and families.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our passionate team of professionals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children, tailoring approaches to meet their individual needs and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Record and maintain accurate data on client progress to facilitate effective treatment planning.
• Foster a warm and supportive rapport with clients and their families to create a nurturing therapeutic environment.
