Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current RBT certification is a plus, or willingness to complete it within the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including client's home, school, or community.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members during supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, fostering a positive therapy experience.
