Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network in Little Rock, AR is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver compassionate ABA therapy to children with developmental and behavioral challenges. We welcome applicants with or without RBT experience, as comprehensive training is provided to all successful candidates.

Hours: Full-Time Monday-Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm. The role offers a sign-on bonus of $500 for RBTs and a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to ethical, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• No prior RBT certification needed; comprehensive training provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions tailored to each child.
• Collect and record client progress data for treatment planning.
• Build a warm, supportive rapport with clients and families.
