House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes and schools. You will work under BCBA-designed plans, track progress, and partner with families to support child growth.

Active RBT certification or progress toward it is required. Flexible scheduling and a heart-led team culture help you balance life and work while making a real impact.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to work one-to-one with children.
• Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA.
• Track progress using simple training systems.
