Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our Spartanburg team. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans developed by our BCBA and supporting each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity.
• Collect and accurately record data to track progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team, participate in supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
