Job summary

Apploi in Greensboro, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based interventions, collect data, and monitor progress to help clients reach their goals.

You will collaborate with BCBAs, families, and educators, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in behavioral health and special education.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA preferred.
• In-person work in Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in behavioral health.
