Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy in Greensboro, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, applying ABA strategies under a BCBA's supervision. You will provide patient care, conduct assessments, and collect data to track progress.

You will collaborate with families and professionals, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments effectively.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
• Background in special education is a plus.

Responsibilities
